Biography

It is with great sadness that the family of Rosalie A. Ligas shares her passing on January 19, 2021. Rosalie will forever be remembered by her family and friends for her loving and carefree spirit. Rosalie was preceded in death by her sisters Marie (the late Andrew) Buda and Anna (the late Logan) Reynolds and her brothers John (the late Anna) Ligas and Albert (the late Genevieve) Ligas; cherished daughter of the late Michael and Anna Ligas; fond aunt, great aunt, and great-great aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Saturday, January 23rd, 9:00 am until time of funeral, 10:30 am at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E. Irving Park Road (at Prospect), Itasca to Saint Peter the Apostle Church. Mass 11:00 am.
