Karen Sue Barnes passed away July 30th, 2019 at the age of 71 Beloved of Michael Veltum; Loving sister of Larry (Deborah) Barnes; Preceded in death by her parents Roy and Libby Barnes; Cherished cousin and friend of many. Karen worked at Elmhurst Hospital for over 40 years. A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 3:00-8:00 pm with service at 7:00 pm at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E Irving Park Road (at Prospect) Itasca.
