Harvey E. Snyder Born May 13, 1955 in Chicago, IL. Passed away suddenly on January 1, 2019. Beloved husband of Mary nee Weaver; Loving father of Amy (Brady) Zufelt; Devoted Grandpa of Quinn, Frank and Holly; Cherished brother of Catherine (Tim) Collasaco, Nancy (Gil) Snyder, Florence Snyder (Rick Johnson), Sandra (Brad) Gourley and Eva (Paul) Sietsema. Harvey was loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Proud veteran of the US Marine Corps; serving in the Marines Security Guard 1973-1980. Visitation Friday, January 4th, 3:00 - 8:00 pm at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E. Irving Park Road (at Prospect), Itasca. Family and friends will meet Saturday, January 5th, 10:00 am for a Funeral Service at Saint Peter Lutheran Church 202 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg. Burial will follow at Saint Peter Cemetery.
