Marion “Pat” Medema Beloved Wife of the late Donald; Dearest Mother of Mike (Joanne), John, Dan (Lori), Patty (Andy) LoBosco, and Tim (Maria); Loving Grandmother of 13; Cherished Great-Grandmother of 16; Dear sister of Edward, William and the late Charles McGee. She had a love of travel, enjoyed reading and gardening. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society in honor of Pat would be appreciated. Visitation on Wednesday February 25th from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E. Irving Park Rd (At Prospect), Itasca. Funeral Mass on Thursday, February 26th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Church 1005 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg. Interment following at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Palatine.
