Biography

Diane Slobodnik, 50, of Itasca, passed away peacefully amongst family & friends, October 24th, 2016. Diane is survived by her adoring partner of 25 years Douglas Bellgardt. Beloved sister of Linda (Patrick) Schubel, Rita (James) Lyle, Mark (Tammy) Slobodnik, Donna (Kurt) Rackow, Gail Slobodnik and Jerry (Kim) Slobodnik. Favorite Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Diane was preceded in death by her parents John and Loretta Slobodnik. Memorial Visitation Thursday 3:00 - 8:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am until time of Memorial Service 11:00 am at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E. Irving Park Road (at Prospect) Itasca.
