Biography

Patrick "Monk" Linsner, age 61, of Itasca, Illinois passed away on April 22, 2023 at home, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Kathy nee Bergfalk; Loving father of Ryan (Jennie), Kaitlyn and Kyle (Cami); Proud Papa of Maeve, Eloise and George; Dear brother of Peter, Michael (Donna), Mary, Matthew and Peggy (Terry) Reilly; Devoted son of the late George and Beverly nee Waytula. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Pat will be most remembered by his unwavering love for his family and friends, his ability to light up a room with good humor and unbeatable dance moves and his steadfast hope and endurance through all of life's challenges. He cherished his moments of coaching and mentoring many over the years. And let's not forget his passion for golfing, fishing, leaf blowing and music. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Colorectal Cancer Alliance would be greatly appreciated. Visitation Wednesday, April 26, 3:00 - 8:00 PM and Thursday, April 27, 8:00 AM until time of funeral 9:30 AM at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E.
